BAR ADMISSIONS

Before an individual can be admitted to the practice of law that individual must establish that he or she satisfies a number of requirements, including undergoing a thorough character and fitness review. No one may take the Ohio bar examination without first receiving character and fitness approval and the Supreme Court does not waive this requirement under any circumstance.

I have successfully represented and assisted dozens of applicants through every stage of the character and fitness process. Whether you are a graduating law school student or an attorney admitted to practice in another jurisdiction seeking admission in Ohio, I can answer your questions about the character and fitness process and assist you in achieving your goal of becoming an Ohio licensed attorney

“He who will be his own Counsellor, shall be sure to have a fool for his client.” William De Britaine, Humane Prudence [1702].
